Halloween—a time for trickery, spooky stories, scary costumes, and best of all—treats! This year we said, “Screw the carving contest” and celebrated Halloween with Knock Knock’s first-ever Pumpkin-Themed Cook-Off! From donuts to ice cream sandwiches, to cocktails, macarons, and quiche (and much more), each participant brought out their inner-chef and PUMPed. IT. UP.

The Knock Knock team had the chance to vote for their favorite dish and Amanda, our Inside Sales Account Manager, came out on top with her delicious Pumpkin Ginger Cheesecake Bars and Pumpkin Cheesecake Chocolate Ganache Brownies! (It definitely tasted as good as it sounds). Congratulations, Amanda! She was awarded a $75 gift card to Trader Joe’s (to make more treats for us, of course).
Check out the “horror d’oeuvres” and devilishly sweet treats below. It was truly a win-win for all!
